All users can use this report for the filters they can view, and only the following users can edit the corresponding filter's plan start/end date, planned hours, and actual start/end dates:
Users with edit permission on the filter
Jira-administrators user group

Select projects in dropdown menu from the highlighted "Project" selection at mark 1. As indicated at mark 1, support sorting by 'Project' or 'Filter', and select projects or filters through the selection box.
3.1.2 Project actual
As indicated at mark 2, "project actual" shows the actual hours that has been taken.
