#Entrance
The administrator logs in to the Jira system, clicks on the gear icon , selects "Manage apps" (as shown in Figure 1) and then finds the "SYNC TO JIRA" plugin menu.(as shown in Figure 2)
Click on "Instance Configuration" to enter the “Instance configuration” page.The “Instance configuration” screen is as follows:

1、Add an instance configuration
Click the "Add" button at the top right of the "Instance Configuration" page and a screen will pop up.(as shown in Figure 3)
Instance configuration name: Required
Description: Detailed information used to describe instance configuration
Target type:Required,Target Jira system type
DC or Server
Cloud
Local/Target information configuration
Url:Automatically obtain the path of the local Jira system, required item
Personal access token: Default unchecked
Synchronize User Name: Required
Synchronize User Password: Required

Note: If the target type is 'Cloud ', the 'Personal Access Token' checkbox will not appear in the target information configuration (as shown in Figure 4 above). |
2、Edit instance configuration
Click "Edit" and the "Edit Instance Configuration" screen will pop up.

3、Delete instance configuration
Click the "Delete" and the following screen will pop up.
