In all three report types, the “Extended settings” button is located in the upper right corner.
4、 Extended Settings
Circle 1：Switch on/off Working hours compression, allows shortening of the work day when enabled.
Circle 2：If Working hours compression is enabled, the basic working hours per person per day, or work office hours, can be set.
Circle 3：Switch on/off Supplementary working hours
Circle 4：Enabling Days off are not included will exclude non-working days (weekends and system defined holidays) from the report.
Circle 5：Turn on conversion of working hours: man-day is selected by default, the value of the hour drop-down box is consistent with the Jira time tracking hours, and the value of hours can be modified through the drop-down box
When selecting person and month, the value of the input box defaults to 22.5 days, and the value can be modified through the input box
When selecting person-year, the value of the month drop-down box defaults to 12 months, and the month value can be modified by drop-down. The input box displays the value of the number of days entered in person-month.
After setting, click × Close, the report will be queried according to the settings
If the conversion of working hours is turned on, and man-day is selected, the data queried in the report will be converted into days according to the number of hours selected by man-day.
If you turn on the conversion of working hours and select man-month, the data queried in the report will be converted from hours to months according to the number of days filled in by man-month.
If the conversion of working hours is enabled, and person-year is selected, the data queried in the report will convert hours into years according to the month selected by person-year.
