  1. Go to  Administration > Manage apps

  2. Under "TIMEWISE" in the left sidebar, click System Settings

  3. Switch on/off Open Project Management Permissions

1、Purpose

This function can elevate the user's permissions in the TimeWise plug-in so that the user has all the permissions of the project leader. This may require you to create a new permission scheme, assign the project management permissions to the user, and then bind the permission scheme to In terms of projects, if there are more projects and users in the team, this will greatly simplify the process of configuring permissions.

Example: Assign project management permissions to the jira-administrators user group, so as long as the user is in the jira-administrators user group, they have all the permissions of the project leader.

2、Enabling the feature

As shown in the figure below, in the global configuration of the TimeWise plug-in, turn on Open Project Management Authority.
