1、Function introduction

Through this function, you can configure the scheduled task of automatically creating reports

2、Function usage 

Select a space

2.1 Timed tasks can be added, deleted, edited, applied, and more

added：

Attention：

  • Task name: Specify the name of the timed task

  • Node page: Select the parent node where the build page is located

Example: If the selected parent page is 'Hellow'

  • Template: The automatically generated page elements will be consistent with the page template

  • Custom title: Controlled by the title expression of the selected report template

  • Cycles: Will be controlled by the selected report template, which can be three kinds of weeks, months, and quarters

  • Date: Select when the report was created, and when the time is reached, a report is automatically created based on the scheduled task of the article

Cancel: If you choose the wrong, or do not want to choose, click Cancel, the data will become pre-edited data.

Disable/Open:

You can turn on timed tasks, or you can disable them

Disable：Indicates that it is currently on

Open:：Indicates that the state is currently disabled

If the selected node page or report template is deleted in the task you created, the task is prompted for an exception and displayed in a midline.
