1. After the project audit function is turned on, cells in the calendar will be displayed according to the following rules:

    Log:  'Draft':  Pending:  Approved:    For my approval:
    Plan:  'Draft':  Pending:   Approved:    For my approval:

2. Adding Work Logs and Work Plans

    In the Timesheet view, click on a cell in the calendar:
   
Click the upper part of the cell to create a new work plan. Click the lower part of the cell to create a new work log.
Clicking on the appropiate section will make the new work plan or new work log dialog appear:

Click "Save" ( ) the created work log or work plan will be displayed as uncommitted.
Click "Submit"( ) the created work log or work plan will be displayed as pending.


3.View Work Logs/Plans

In the Timesheet view, click the cell of an existing work plan or work log to bring up the following dialog window. Click the "Eye" icon to edit the work plan or work log.

4. Editing Work Logs/Plans

 In the Timesheet view, click the cell of an existing work plan or work log to bring up the following dialog window. Click the "pencil" icon to edit the work plan or work log.


5. Deleting Work Logs/Plans

In the Timesheet view, click the cell of an existing work plan or work log to bring up the following dialog window. Click the "Trash" icon to delete the work plan or work log.

If the work logs are added in batches, they can be deleted in batches. When you click the delete button, a list of logs added in batches will be displayed, and you can select the logs that need to be deleted, as shown in the figure below.

Note: Only Draft work logs can be deleted in batches.

6. Undo Work Logs/Plans

In the Timesheet view, click the cell of an existing work plan or work log to bring up the following dialog window. Click the  icon to undo the work plan or work log.

If the approver is the current user, it will be revoked directly to the Draft state, otherwise it will be revoked to the Pending review state.

If the work logs are added in batches, they can be undone batches. When you click the undo button, a list of logs added in batches will be displayed, and you can select the logs that need to be undid, as shown in the figure below.
