2 Marked for review (CF)
Introduction
When you select "Add to marked for review" as the deactivation method in the plugin configuration, inactive users are added to a review queue instead of being automatically processed. This guide explains how to manage users in the "Marked for Review" section.
Accessing the "Marked for Review" List
Log in to your Atlassian Cloud admin console.
Navigate to Manage Apps > Auto Deactivate Users > Marked for Review.
Available Actions
You can perform the following actions on selected users:
Action | Description |
|---|---|
Remove from groups | Removes the user from selected groups while keeping their account active. |
Suspend access | Temporarily blocks the user from accessing all applications in your domain. Can be reversed later. |
Deactivate account | Permanently disables the Atlassian account. Managed users only. |
Add to allowlist | Exempts the user from future automatic deactivation checks. |
Done | Marks the user as reviewed without taking action. They will reappear if still inactive during the next scan. |
