3.1.6 Only able to view other's work plans, unable to plan work for others
1. Introduction
Users with OOnly able to view other's work plans, unable to plan work for others permission can view the plans of general users, but cannot record plans for general users in the project.
There are two types of users who have this permission:
Jira Project Leader
Users in TimeWise Project Plan Viewer project role
2. Configuration
2.1 Batch Add TimeWise Project Plan Viewer in [Permission]
Click "Configuration" in the figure above to add the project role of TimeWise Project Plan Viewer to users in batch.
Click "Add":
User/Group: Select user or user group, multiple choices are allowed
Project: Select project, multiple choices are allowed
2.2 Add TimeWise Project Planner in [Project settings]
In Project Settings > Users and Roles, Add users to the TimeWise Project Plan Viewer project role, and these users will have the permission to Only able to view other's work plans, unable to plan work for others.
3. Application
Users with Only able to view other's work plans, unable to plan work for others permission can plan for others in project.
Note: User "Li Si" only has TimeWise to view other people's logs for "Project 1" and "Project 2", and cannot record logs for others. Therefore, he cannot see the log information of user "Wang Wu" in "Project 3".
