4.3.1.1 Get the member list of a department

GET /rest/orgwise/3/department/{id}/members

DESCRIPTION

Get the list of the direct members of the department. The list does not include members of sub departments.

showDisabled	Whether inactive members are included. The default value is false, which means it is not included.	Optional
