2.2.1 Compress & Supplement Hours in Reports

1. Introduction

Set whether to enable processing working hours in reports. After enabled, the daily working hours can be compressed / supplemented to a unified number for each user in the report.

2. Application

After this global setting is enabled, these options (Default is OFF) will display in TimeWise > Report > Extended settings.

2.1 Working hours compression

One day, a user has logged 12h in total.

If the basic working hours per person per day is 8h and working hours compression is enabled, the total work log hours of the user will reduce to 8h in equal proportion in current report.

2.2 Working hours supplementary

One day, a user has only logged 4h in total.

If the basic working hours per person per day is 8h and working hours supplementary is enabled, the total work log hours of the user will increase to 8h in equal proportion in current report.
