4.4 Timesheet Report Macro

1.Introduction

The "Timesheet Report" macro, with data from the "TimeWise-Timesheets with Plan and WorkLog for Jira" Jira plugin, can fully show the TimeWise "work report" in Confluence.

2.Function

2.1 Left panel: width and height are used to control the width/height displayed by the report macro after the page is published

  • Input rules: auto (default value), 400 (px optional), 60%, any illegal information input will be regarded as auto

  • The width and height of the table or chart range from 60% to 100% of the display area. No matter what the input value is, the converted width and height will not be lower than 60% of the display area and higher than 100% of the display area.

  • About auto: If the width is set to auto, the width of the table or chart will be 100%; if the height is set to auto, the height of the chart is 100%, and the table will display all the information (the scroll bar will not appear on the right side of the table, and will be displayed according to the height of data).

2.2 Left panel: Hide reporting periods

If selected, the time period of the report will not be displayed in the report after the page is published.

2.3 Left panel: Saved for later, save frequently used conditions

Select the commonly used conditions in the panel, click "Save for later" in the upper right corner to enter information according to the prompts.

If you select "Whether to use the time conditions option", the time will be displayed according to the time condition; if not, three-week time data will be automatically obtained according to the current date.

After saving, it will appear in the “Saved for later”, you can click to apply the condition information to the panel, or delete it.

2.4 Right panel: select conditions and generate related reports

Select type:

If you select Table, there are options such as All, Plan, Log, etc. If you choose a chart, you can choose between stacked or default, and options such as Plan, log, etc.

Date Selection: Select the date range to query

Filter, User, Project:

Filter the work log by Jira filters, users or projects.

Group by:

Result structure:

Column By: Choose the type first

Then select the column to be queried and drag it from the right to the left

2.5 Preview

You can check whether the report data generated by the condition is correct.
