3 Clear Historical Versions of Pages, Attachments and Blogs

Clearing the historical versions of pages, attachments, and blogs in the system can be done by time range and number of versions.

There are two entries:

Clear Tools (Global) : For system administrators. Administrators can clean any space history version of pages, attachments and blogs;

Clear Tools (Space) : For space administrators. Space administrators can clean the history of the version of pages, attachments and blogs in the space;

Clean up in a time frame

① Click on the time frame to enter the tab

② After a time range is selected, only historical versions within the selected time range are retained and the rest are cleared. You can clean up according to a specified scope or a custom scope

③ Choose the space to be cleared.

④ Select the content type to be cleared.

⑤ Click the "Clear" button:

⑥ After the clearing progress reaches 100%, you can enter the history page and find that the historical version has been cleared according to the specified conditions.

Clean up by a version number

Click the version number to enter the tab. After the number of versions to be retained is selected, only historical versions within the selected number of versions are retained and other versions are cleared
