Space User Group : If the system administrator enables the space user group permission for the space, the space administrator can directly create dedicated user groups in the space and has the absolute management permission for the user groups. The management permission includes adding and deleting space user groups and their members.

Note : After the plug-in is installed, the permissions of all space user groups are enabled by default. To disable the Space User Group function for a space, the system administrator must disable the space user group function in the Space Tool Permissions.

  1. If you are a system administrator, you can configure whether to grant certain Spaces the permission to use the Space user Group function in the Space Tool Permissions

  2. If you are a space administrator, you can create user groups in the space and manage them after the system administrator enables the space user group permission for your space. For details, see Space Group
