Improvements:

  • Orgwise will check if there is member data not bound with Jira user and direct administrators to deal with it.

  • Custom fields of type “Department of Assignee” or “Department of Reporter” now can be used in JQL and are available for gadgets.

  • Updated excel templates of Import/Export. All members field values now should be the username of Jira, not the email any more.

  • Department name cannot contain “,“ or “/“ any more.

Bug fixes:

  • Fixed the bug of exporting all members of multiple companies.

  • Fixed the bug of searching and picking members under the organization tree.

  • Fixed the bug that repeat request messages are shown while importing new members.

  • Correct some texts.

改进功能：

  • 组织机构插件会检测未绑定Jira用户的雇员数据记录并引导管理员处理

  • 自定义字段类型“经办人所属部门”和“报告人所属部门”可以在JQL以及一些仪表板小工具中直接使用了。

  • 更新了导入导出的Excel模板。所有的成员字段的值使用Jira用户名指代，不再使用邮箱。

  • 部门名称将不支持包含“,”和“/”。

问题修复：

  • 修复了导出多个公司的全部成员出现的错误。

  • 修复了从组织机构树选择部门成员筛选结果异常的错误。

  • 修复了导入新成员时出现重复请求信息的问题。

  • 修正部分文本。
