When configuring mail, please make sure "Outgoing Mail" is enabled. Click the gear in the upper right corner, select “System > Outgoing Mail” to enable it.

Select "Apps > Manage your Apps > Workflow Parallel Approval" to enter the "Workflow Parallel Approval" interface. Click the "Notification Setting > Email Setting" tab to enter the "Email Setting" interface.
