    Create reports quickly in this way.

Click Next

Click Next: enter the JIRA report topic

Figure 1-3, figure 1-4 and figure 1-5 show the three states of JIRA report blueprint, which are no application link, one application link and multiple application link.

  • Server: retrieve all the links configured in the "application link" of the system, and the project item option corresponds to the selected JIRA server; if the server is abnormal, as shown in Figure 1-6, give the corresponding exception prompt, and click to jump to the help document of "about application configuration problems"

  • Project selection: retrieve all items in the selected server

  • Click "switch to advanced": the "project selection" drop-down box will become the JQL input box, as shown in Figure 1-7

  • Click "switch to simple": JQL input box will become "project selection" drop-down box, as shown in Figure 1-5

  • JQL query: enter the required JQL statement

  • Time type: select the time type for creating the report (creation time, update time, due date, resolution time)

  • Report period: select report period (week, month, quarter) through time component

  • Custom title: enter the Title Expression of the report
