Complete attachment and comment configuration according to your business scenarios. Before embarking on your data synchronization journey, please make sure to configure the issue type, otherwise it cannot proceed. When the issue type is not configured, the "Attachment" and "Comment" tabs cannot be used (note: Epic and subtask types are not currently supported).
#Entrance
The administrator logs in to the Jira system, clicks on the gear icon, selects "Manage apps" (as shown in Figure 1) and then finds the "SYNC TO JIRA" plugin menu.(as shown in Figure 2)
Click on "Project Configuration" to enter the "Project configuration" page.The "Project configuration" screen is as follows:
Click on "Configuration" to enter the detailed configuration screen.
#Function
一、Attachment Configuration
Click “Attachment“ tab, then the “Attachment configuration” screen is shown as follows(As shown in Figure 3 below):
Turn on synchronization: The option is closed default(as shown in Figure 3); When the option enabled, the "To delete an attachment" and "Attachment Size" will displayed (As shown in Figure 4).
To delete an attachment: If this option is turned on , the attachment deletion action will also be synchronized.
Attachment size: Limit the size of attachments. Attachments exceeding this limit will not be synchronized.
二、Comment Configuration
Click "Comment" tab, then the "Comment configuration" screen is shown as follows:
Turn on synchronization: The option is closed default. If enabled, the synchronization data will include the issue comments.
