Task reminders are uniformly configured by administrators.

Ordinary users can automatically receive reminders via email or Slack by simply adding tasks to the Confluence page.

(1) How to add tasks?

Edit Confluence page: Click "Task List" in the top toolbar, and follow the prompts to fill in the tasks.

When editing a Confluence page, click "Task List" in the top toolbar, and follow the prompts to add tasks.

For example:

in which:

  • A tick means the task has been completed, otherwise it is not completed.

  • The first user to be @ is the task assignee.

  • the first date filled in after “//” is the due date

After saving the page, a task is added.

You can click your profile picture > Tasks to view the task list.

(2) When will I receive task reminders?

If you want to know when you will receive a task reminder, you can go to any page and click "Date Reminder":

The "Date Reminder" pops up, and then click "Task Reminder", where you can see the reminder "Task" and reminder "Time":
