Confluence administrators can click "Notification Configuration > Email" to configure whether to enable email notification and email notification templates.
Email notifications support page reminders, table reminders, and task reminders.
Prerequisite of receiving email notification:
Confluence has configured the SMTP mail server.
Turn on email notification switch, so that email notifications can be sent. Please keep in on if you don't want to miss any email notifications.
Email Notification Template:
The administrator can customize the subject and body of the e-mail. We provide three dynamic variables: ${spaceName}, ${pageName} and ${url} to help administrators to configure the template.
In addition to the body content, the remark for page reminders and table for table reminders will be attached at the end of the email.
