1. Permission Required
To go to configuration in this section, you must be a Jira Admin. The side bar menu will not display to users without required permission.
2. Go to Configuration Page
1. Click TimeWise menu in header > Configuration > Work Type Scheme Configuration
2. Click Work Type Scheme, all schemes will display right on the screen.
The Default Work Type Scheme, as well as the initial scheme in system, can not be deleted.
3. Configurations
1. Add Work Type Scheme
Refer to the Add scheme in Project Work Type Scheme Configuration.
2. View Work Type Scheme
As demonstrated, Jira Admin can see work types in current scheme.
3. Edit Work Type Scheme
Refer to the Edit scheme in Project Work Type Scheme Configuration.
4. Delete Work Type Scheme
The Default Work Type Scheme cannot be deleted.
Any scheme in use cannot be deleted.
Scheme which is not associated with any project can be deleted.
5. Associated with Projects
Click the link in Projects colunm, a drop-down menu will list the name of projects using that scheme. Click one project to go to the project setting.
