1.  Introduction

A user with the TimeWise Project Approver role has the highest level of permissions (meaning that the user also has TimeWise Project Manager permissions). The user can view the working hours of all other users in that project, and can also approve work plan/work log drafts that other users submitUsers with approve working hours in project can approve the working hours submitted by others in the corresponding project.

There are two types of users users who have this permission:

  • Users with in TimeWise Project Approver role.Approver project role
  • Jira Project LeadLeader

2. Configuration

In the Project settings, any user/group given  Project Settings > Users and Roles, Add users to the TimeWise Project Approver role is automatically granted the appropriate permissions.

3. Demo

Users in TimeWise Project Approver role can approve the working hours submitted by others in the project.

Note: these permissions are limited to the current project; users cannot approve the work logs of other projects if they don't have the TimeWise Project Approver role in other project.
