The approver refers to the user who has the TimeWise Project Approve permission, such as the Project Lead and the user assigned the TimeWise Project Approver project role. The approver will see the following page after logging in. Each function is indicated by a green circle and red frame.

1. Log/Plan Switch

As shown in circle 1, selecting the [Work Plan] button will display work plans in the table switch work log/work plan to query the list of logs or plans in approval.

2. Conditional Query

As shown in circle 2, you can query by date range, project, issue, recorder and audit approval status.

  • The recorder refers to the user who created submitted the log or plan.When the audit query page
  • is opened, the current login user is selected as the recorder by default.The recorder defaults to the current logged in user

Note: When a regular user views the page, the recorder selection box is not visible, only the approver has a record selection box. An approver refers to a user who has any project approval permission, such as a project leader or a user assigned a TimeWise project approver role.

3. Select

As shown in circle 3, the Select All checkbox will do the following:

  • If checked, all plans will be selected.
  • If unchecked, all plans will be deselected.

4. Single Plan Checkbox

As shown in circle 4, you can check or uncheck the checkbox to select or deselect a single plan.

  • Only plans in the [Draft] status can be selected.

Note: Unlike the log query list, the auditor can also submit plans created by other users.

 you can select all plans on the current page. To have a checkbox in front of the plan, the following conditions must be met simultaneously.

  • The plan approval status is [Draft]
  • The recorder is the current logged-in user

4. Bulk Submit

As shown in circle 5, bulk submit does the following4

  • After selecting one or more plans, click the [Bulk Submit] button to submit all plans selected at once. For example, if 1 plan is selected, the following dialog window will appear.

  • After the submisson is successful. The audit approval status for all plans submitted will change from [Draft] to [Pending].

5. Bulk Delete

As shown in circle 5, click Image Added to expand the [Bulk Delete] button.

  • After selecting one or more plans. Click the [Bulk Delete] button to delete all the plans at once. For example, if 3 plans is selected, the following dialog window will display:

6. Operations

As shown in circle 6, each operation is described below, The operations allowed for logs are affected by approval status, recorder, and approver.

6.1 Plans in draft status

You can:

  • View:Click the icon to view details of the plan.
  • Edit:Click the icon to edit information of the plan.
  • Delete:Click the icon to delete the plan.
  • View Approve Records:Click Approval History:Click the icon to view the approval history of the plan. The following dialog window will appear:

Note: Unlike the logs, the auditer approvers can also perform these operations on other peopleothers' s plans.

7、Operations Available to Pending Plans

6.2 Plans in pending status

If the current logged in user is not the recorder of this plan, you can:

  • View:Click the Image Modified icon to view the details of the plan.
  • View Approve Records:Click Approval History:Click the Image Modified icon to view the audit approval history of the plan.

If the current logged in user is the recorder of this plan, you can:

  • View:Click the Image Added icon to view the details of the plan.
  • View Approval History:Click the Image Added icon to view the approval history of the plan. 
  • Withdraw Approval:Click the Image Added icon to withdraw the approval, and the approval status of the plan will be rolled back from [Pending] to [Draft]

8、Operations Available to Approved Plans

6.3 Plans in approved status

If the current logged in user is neither the recorder nor the approver of this plan, you can:

  • View:Click the Image Modified icon to view the details of the plan.Restore:Click the Image Removed icon to restore
  • the audit status View Approval History:Click the Image Added icon to view the approval history of the plan to the previous state. Plans in the [Audited] status will be restored to the [Pending] status.View Approve Records:Click the Image Removed

If the current logged in user is the recorder of this plan, but not the approver of this plan, you can:

  • View:Click the Image Added icon to view the details of the plan.
  • View Approval History:Click the Image Added icon to view the approval history of the plan.

Note: The approver can restore the plan assigned to them for approving from [Approved] to [Pending].

9. Jump to Page

  • Apply for Withdrawal of Approval:Click the Image Addedicon to apply for withdrawal of approval from the approver. After the approver agrees to withdraw, the approval status of the plan will be rolled back from [Approved] to [Draft].

If the current logged in user is the approver of this plan, regardless of whether it is the recorder of this plan or not, you can:

  • View:Click the Image Added icon to view the details of the plan.
  • View Approval History:Click the Image Added icon to view the approval history of the plan. 
  • Withdraw Approval:Click the Image Added icon to withdraw the approval, and the approval status of the plan will be rolled back from [Approved] to [Draft]
