1. Description

       This feature can prompt users to log/submit working hours.

2. Steps to locate:

  1. Go to Administration > Manage apps;

  2. Under Find "TIMEWISE" in the left sidebar, click System Settingsand click  System settings;

  3. Switch on/off No log reminder

  4. Set which day of the week you would like to perform the automated check, and choose between the previous week, the current week, or both for the time range the check is performed on.

1. Purpose

       This feature, when turned on, will send notifications to users at a designated time if they have not logged work for a set amount of time.

4. Further Explanation:

  • 1. Reminding Date (No log/draft reminder): Choose which day of the week to remind user and which period of time (last week, this week or last week & this week) needs reminding.

  • 2. Email Notification (Send email): After switching on, you can configure Sending time and Inspection team.
