1. Description

Users with view Others' working hours in project can view the working hours of all members in the corresponding project, which means that other users can be selected from the user selection drop-down box of the timesheet, report and other screens.

There are three two types of users with users who have this permission:

  • Users assigned the in TimeWise Project View project role
  • Jira Project Lead
  • Users assigned the TimeWise Project Apporver project role
  • Leader

2. Configuration

In the project settings, assign the user/group Project Settings > Users and Roles, Add users to the TimeWise Project View or TimeWise Project Apporver or set a user as the Jira Project Lead. The corresponding users/groups will automatically be granted the TimeWise Project Manager permission.

3. Demo

Users in TimeWise Project view role can view the working hours of other users in the project.

Note: these permissions are limited to the current project; users cannot view the work logs of other projects if they don't have the TimeWise Project View role in other project.
