I can’t upload templates to my S3 bucket through the app

Be sure you have the correct configuration details set for your S3 bucket. It is case sensitive.

The issue panel won’t appear

Make sure you have it properly configured in the project settings.

Also, make sure you have it opened in the issue. You can open the panel by clicking the three dots in the corner and then selecting DocGen from the dropdown.

There could be several causes for this error. Your bucket configuration details could be wrong. It could also be related to your template. Make sure every key is delimited by “$” and that everything delimited by “$” is also a key. If you ever use dollar signs else where in your document, this may cause issues with the current version of the application. If you have something delimited by “$” that is not a key, it will not work. Also, make sure you are paying close attention to capitalisation. Keys are case sensitive and must match up exactly like the ones inputted in the global configurations.

The application doesn’t work when I use Google Drive, nothing is being uploaded nor templated

This could be related to an authentication issue that occurs when you login more than once.

Go to this link here: https://myaccount.google.com/u/0/permissions

Look for the DocGen app and revoke access.

After that, try logging in again in the global configs. Make sure you only do it once or it will cause issues.
