1. Introduction
In the rate and saturation report, the expected log/plan=working days * daily standard working hours. If the user has just joined or resigned within the date range queried in the report, the expected log/plan should exclude non-working dates. For example, assuming that March 1st to March 5th are all working days, and when querying the rate for these 5 days, a user's entry date is March 3rd, then the user's expected log will only consider March 3rd, March 4th, and March 5th, and non-working dates such as March 1st and March 2nd will not be considered.

2. Configuration
Click on "Entry Date and Resignation Date of Jira users" to open the configuration window.

2.1 Add/Edit/Delete Entry and Resignation dates
Select a user and add at least one between entry date and resignation date for this user. Once added, it can be edited or deleted.

2.2 Import Entry and Resignation dates
Support batch import entry and resignation dates for Jira users.
Note:
Please download the template first and fill in the content according to the template requirements;
The imported user must have already registered with Jira, otherwise the import will fail if the user cannot be found;
When users who have already added their entry or resignation dates are repeatedly imported, the new date will overwrite the old date;
When importing, normal data can continue to be imported even if there are some abnormal data;

3. Application
The entry and resignation dates will be applied to the rate and saturation report.

For example, Luna entered on May 4, 2023 and resigned on September 14, 2023, with a standard working hour of 8 hours per day and 5 working days per week. During the week from September 11th to September 17th, Anna was fully employed, so the expected log=5*8=40h, while Luna resigned on September 14th, so the expected log=4*8=32h.
So does the plan.
The entry and resignation dates can affect the expected log/plan, which in turn affect the calculation of rate and saturation.
