1. Go to Set Gadget

Use the “…“ button in the gadget header. Then click Edit.

The gadget will displays based on your chosen project or filter, and your chosen period of time.

2. Project or Saved Filter

You can input the name directly in Quick Find field to pick a project or a filter. 

By clicking Advanced Search, you can choose a project or a filter in popup window.

Permission required: Users in the Poject Role of "Project Lead, TimeWise Project View, TimeWise Project Approver" is able to see all satistics, otherwise users can only see the statistics of their own work log.

3. Days Previously

You can choose a maximun 90 days in this filedFor the gadget just added to the dashboard, you just see its setting interface.

For the gadget that has been set, you can enter its setting interface as the following picture:

Take “TimeWise Gadget - User Chart” as an example:

You can use "Item or Saved Filter" or "xx days ago" to filter the issue, so as to filter the work hours log.

2. Query Criteria

2.1 TimeWise Gadget - User Chart and TimeWise Gadget - Project Chart

You can select project or filters, click "Advanced Search" and a new page will open in the browser. Then you can select a filter or project in this page:

You can also enter JQL query statements.

2.2 TimeWise Gadget - User or Team Chart

You can select multiple users, but only one team.

2.3 TimeWise Gadget - Operation rate and Saturation Chart

You can query operation rate/saturation/all by user or team.

3. Date Range

You can set this week, last week, this month, last month, the last XX days or choose the start date & end date.

4. Refresh Interval

Refresh interval is based on your chosen frequency.You can set the refresh interval of the gadget:

Click Save after when finish your setting and enter the interface of the gadget.
